Chair Regional Group IV, Board Member

As per Article 8.1 of Annex I of the FEI Statutes, in case of contested elections for Regional Groups Chairs, online elections will be performed via an electronic secret Ballot voting system, on a date established by the FEI, among the National Federations of the Group. This In order to present one (1) Candidate to the General Assembly for Election.

Deputy Chair Regional Group IV

As per Article 4.3.14. of the Internal Regulations of the FEI, the Regional Group Chair shall nominate a Deputy Chair from among the National Federations of the Regional Group for election by the General Assembly, with whom they shall work closely and cooperate in furtherance of the tasks and responsibilities above. The Deputy Chair shall not be from the same National Federation as the Chair, and shall attend Board meetings with a vote solely in the event of unavoidable absence of the Group Chair. Deputy Chairs can serve a maximum of three (3) full Terms before a compulsory break of at least four (4) years

At is Teleconference on 14 December 2023, the FEI Board approved to apply Staggered Terms to the Endurance Committee members to be appointed in 2024. This is a prerrogative of the FEI Board as per Article 31.13 of the FEI Statutes. Further details on the Staggered Terms to be provided at a later stage.
