Known as the Olympic capital, Lausanne is home to the FEI as well as the International Olympic Committee and over 50 different international federations. With just over 100 members of staff, led by FEI President Ingmar De Vos and FEI Secretary General Sabrina Ibáñez, it is the role of the FEI to ensure the good governance of the sport. This encompasses important aspects, such as the welfare of the Horse and the welfare of Athletes, the FEI Rules & Regulations and the FEI Calendar. It also means ensuring the promotion, development and integrity of the values at heart of the global equestrian community.
