About ... ...The General Assembly (GA) of the National Federations is the supreme authority of the FEI. Each National Federation has a right to participate in the General Assembly and to cast a vote on the resolutions of the General Assembly. Each National Federation may be represented at the General Assembly by another National Federation. One National Federation may not represent more than two other National Federations at the General Assembly. To the extent permitted in the Internal Regulations of the FEI, the Board has the right to invite third parties to attend the GA as observers or presenters. (FEI Statutes, articles 9.1, 2 and 3) ... The FEI shall hold an additional Extraordinary General Assembly (EGA) at any time: i. At the request of the Board ii. At the written request of at least three (3) Group Chairs acting together; or iii. At the written request of one-fifth (1/5) of the National Federations acting together. (FEI Statutes, article 11.2.) |
