Welcome to these pages dedicated to the FEI's anti-doping program for human athletes.
The FEI is part of a collaborative worldwide movement for doping-free sport led by the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA). This movement aims to protect fair competition and the athletes' health through anti-doping programs. In the pages below you will find all the information necessary to understand the key concepts of anti-doping, the components of the FEI's program*, and the roles and responsibilities of athletes and other persons involved in FEI sports.
Getting educated on anti-doping is an essential duty for athletes and their entourage, because ignorance can lead to substance misuse and anti-doping rule violations. The pages below are the place to start - and to keep returning to in order to stay updated!
* Since 1 January 2023 the FEI's human anti-doping program is fully delegated to the International Testing Agency (ITA), an independent organisation that manages anti-doping programs on behalf of International Federations and Major Event Organisers.
