FEI Policy on Fixed Indemnity

The FEI Executive Board has approved the FEI Policy on Fixed Indemnity whereby an amount (fixed indemnity) will be paid to elected/appointed members of the Executive Board, the Board, the Standing Committees and the FEI Tribunal. This Fixed Indemnity is in addition to the reasonable expenses (travel and accommodation) that you incur while fulfilling your respective function which will continue being reimbursed by the FEI.

The fillable FEI Policy on Fixed Indemnity can be downloaded HERE. In order for the FEI to proceed with the payment, you are responsible to fill in and send the Fixed Indemnity Template Form (enclosed at the end of the Policy as Appendix 1) to the FEI Headquarters at the following email address: fixedindemnity@fei.org
