FEI Competency-based Evaluation System (CES)

Welcome to the FEI Competency-based Evaluation System (C.E.S) section on InsideFEI.org. Here you will find all the information you need regarding the CES background, its objectives, structure and current processes in place, as well as a comprehensive FAQs.

The Covid-19 Pandemic, in 2020 and 2021 have clearly impacted education and maintenance processes. During that period, several FEI Board decisions were taken and applied to mitigate the negative effects on our sport, and also to actively support our Officials in their ability to comply with the education and maintenance requirements.

Consequently, 2022 is a fundamental year in the implementation and deployment of the CES, with a deep consolidation of the maintenance processes through structural, operational and monitoring improvements, resulting in added flexibility and responsiveness.

Detailed information about the complete FEI Education System can be found here in the Discipline hubs on InsideFei.org.
