All National Federations are encouraged to actively take part in these sessions, which are structured to allow all delegates to contribute and provide their input and comments.
FEI Sessions - 20 November 2023 | |||
Session 1: FEI Rules Revision The morning session will be dedicated to the FEI Rules. A review of the existing rules revision process, with ideas for optimisation, will be followed by a discussion on the FEI Endurance Rules, which this year are undergoing full review. A presentation and a Q&A on the key proposed rule modifications to various FEI Rules will conclude the first session of the day. |

Session 2: FEI Education & Solidarity - Making the most out of education and development programmes - focus on Horse welfare The second session will focus on the opportunities offered to National Federations to educate and inform their stakeholders and communities on core matters, such as horse welfare, through the FEI education and FEI Solidarity programmes and campaigns. Session 3: Sustainability & Accessibility During the third session the FEI will present an overview of initiatives driving an increasing focus on environmental sustainability and accessibility, and will raise awareness of tools already in place such as the FEI Sustainability and Accessibility Handbooks for Organisers and FEI Campus course ‘Sustainability in Equine Husbandry and Management’, as well as giving insight to further developments underway such as Event and National Federation carbon footprint calculators Presentation (pdf format) published 20 November 2023

Session 4: Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games - An update and key dates The fourth and last session will consist of an update on preparations for the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games.
