FEI Para Dressage World Challenge

The aim of the FEI World Challenge series is to offer athletes who, under normal circumstances, cannot take part in international competitions due to various factors (travel cost and distances for example), the opportunity to compete internationally without having to leave their own country. These "hybrid" competitions are meant as a bridge between the National and first International  level of competition and are meant to help NFs develop the various disciplines in their country. FEI World Challenges exist in Jumping, Dressage, Eventing, Vaulting, Driving and Para Dressage.

FEI Para Dressage Department in collaboration with FEI Solidarity has created this series offering NFs three different levels of Competition:

•  FEI Para Dressage Challenge I - "Beginner Test"
•  FEI Para Dressage Challenge II - "Foundation Test"
•  FEI Para Dressage Challenge III - “Para Novice Test A"

Specific tests have been developed for the series and will be offered in each Grade I to V. The competitions are open to athletes from the 1st January of the year in which they reach their 14 th birthday. There are no maximum restrictions on the age of athletes.

The format of the FEI Para Dressage World Challenge has been divided into two Phases: Phase 1 - Athlete Classification & Training and Phase 2 - Competition.
