The Aim: To assist active Coaches developing their skills from the basics to high performance coaching and ultimately play an active role in the development of the national sports structures in their country through different types of support and assistance including: 

Beneficiaries: Active Coaches from NFs 
Projects Operators: FEI Tutors, Sports Academy/Institutes, Training Centre

1. Courses for Coaches for Jumping, Dressage, Eventing, Endurance, Vaulting and Para Dressage
 

The FEI Education Programme for Coaches (oriented towards competitions) is based on providing courses for NF coaches under the direction of FEI appointed Tutors who will initiate the system in developing regions. Click here for more information.
2. Workshops for Coaches // Technical assistance
 

Educative Workshops delivered by FEI Experts on various topics related to coach education.
3. Scholarships for Coaches // Financial assistance (incl. travel, lodging costs & coaching)
 

•  Ongoing education for active coaches the most in need to further train their coaching skills at Individuals, training centres or

   National Schools, to coach at Regional/ Continental Championships & Games (technical level 1* to 2**/Dressage PSG)
•  Age: 18 yrs 
•  Technical level: Level 2 from FEI Coach Education System or equivalent 
•  Objective: clear objectives, activity plan and schedule 
•  Duration: support of minimum 3 months
