FEI HorseApp for Grooms, Owners and Trainers

Grooms, Owners and Trainers can use the FEI HorseApp to:

  1. Fill in the Horse Health Self-Certification Form in accordance with the FEI Veterinary Regulations for all FEI Events worldwide
  2. Enter daily Horse temperatures in accordance with the FEI Veterinary Regulations for all FEI Events worldwide
  3. Check-in Horses when required by the FEI in accordance with the FEI Veterinary Regulations
  4. Send feedback to the FEI with the Grooms Reporting Mechanism
  5. Upload negative PCR tests when required
  6. Record historical equine influenza vaccination details - NEW!

To use the FEI HorseApp, Grooms must have an active FEI ID account. Grooms can register with the FEI here and guidelines are available here. Owners and Trainers can click here to see how to log in to the FEI HorseApp.

1. Horse Health Self-Certification Form
 Instantly find a Horse by scanning the bar code on a FEI document, searching by FEI ID number/name or using the My Horses functionality
Fill in the relevant Self-Certification Form prior to arrival at a specific FEI Event

2. Horse Temperature monitoring
 Instantly find a Horse by scanning the bar code on a FEI document, searching by FEI ID number/name or using the My Horses functionality
Enter daily temperatures of FEI Horses twice a day for the three days leading up to the day of arrival at a FEI Event

6. Record historical vaccination details - NEW!
 If your Horse does not have any equine influenza vaccination details recorded on the FEI HorseApp, you can enter the last vaccination details recorded in your Horse's passport.
