FEI Entry System for IT Providers

IT Providers work closely with the Organising Committees. Therefore, the FEI provides technical tools for IT providers to interface with the FEI Entry System for Jumping. 

FEI Entry System Web Services and Entry Files

As an Organising Committee, in addition to the web interface, you have different and easy ways to manage entries:

• Use the CSV and XML Entry files. Examples are available here for Entry System v2 and here for Entry System v3.
• Use the Web Services (Entry System v3 only) which will allow you to connect your software with the FEI Entry System. This will help you to manage entries through your own software and will automatically update the FEI Entry System. The full documentation is available here.

Master lists
 
Through the FEI Entry System, you have the possibility to download master lists, entries lists and all information about Athletes and Horses entered into events (i.e.: FEI IDs). These lists can be downloaded in PDF, CSV (Excel) or XML format.
  
Access to the FEI Entry System
 
In order to get an access to the FEI Entry System, please send your request directly to the OC you are going to work with and provide them with your personal FEI ID if you already have one.
