FEI ENTRY SYSTEM FOR EVENTING

The FEI Entry System for the first FEI Discipline was launched in January 2013 and is now running well for all Jumping, Endurance, Dressage and Driving events.

As a natural continuation, the FEI Entry System for Eventing was gradually launched over the Summer 2015 through a pilot phase and was fully launch on the 1st October 2015 for all CCI and CIC Events.

The FEI Entry System is a key process that involves all event stakeholders: National Federations, Organising Committees, Officials as well as the FEI.

This service which is aimed at National Federations and Organising Committees:

• Improves the automation and exchange of data between the NFs and the FEI
• Provides an IT tool to NFs with no IT system in place
• Improves exchange and communication between the OC and the invited Federations
• Enables OC’s to manage entries online, as all entries from NF’s are received from a single source
• Provides downloadable Master lists with FEI ID’s as well as rider and horse details
• Means there is no more need to type in any data with risk of errors
• Gives a better quality and traceability of the data and improves results’ quality

The Key points of the FEI Entry System for Eventing are:

• Check of Athlete and Horse qualification
• Management of potential Athlete reverse qualification
• Management of Athlete Categorisation
