FEI Course for National Federations' Secretary Generals & Administrators

Following the success of the previous edition of the FEI Course for National Federations' Secretary Generals & Administrators, we are pleased to announce that planning for the next edition is underway. Organised at the FEI Headquarters in Lausanne (SUI), this 5 days course takes place annually in October. Final dates will be communicated through the FEI Solidarity Communication sent to all NFs.

The objective of the course is to support FEI Member Federations in their structuring, development, and reinforcement efforts. It aims to ensure that each NF has a comprehensive understanding of FEI administrative processes and the necessary human resources to manage and administer the sport effectively, in collaboration with the FEI, while delivering professional services to its members and stakeholders. This FEI Course is once again being organised with the support of the IOC.

Please note that the maximum quota* for participation is 10 NFs, with a maximum of two participants per NF. Of these two participants, only the Secretary General and one NF Administrator will be considered. The NF Administrator's job description is available here.

All interested NFs are invited to submit an official letter of intent, confirming their interest "in principle" to participate by the 31 May preceding the start of the course, to Céline Starbanov. Do not hesitate to contact her for more details.

*Should the number of registered NFs exceed the quota, a selection process will be conducted.
