VISA REQUIREMENTS

Should you need an invitation letter to get a Visa, you will be able to require it when registering online..

!! Please note that there must be at least two blank pages in your passport next to each other to enter the country!!

TRANSFER BETWEEN CAPE TOWN AIRPORT AND OFFICIAL HOTELS

Shuttles will be organised from 9 to 14 November, please provide us with your travel details through your online registration by 30 October at the latest. Hotels are situated approximately 20-30 minutes from the airport depending on the traffic.

COVID-19

There are no specific Covid-19 restrictions for travellers entering South Africa. However, we would strongly recommend you check the situation some days before travelling to South Africa in November.
