Congress Fee & Deadlines

CONGRESS FEES
All persons who register for the FEI Sports Forum will be charged a unique congress fee of CHF 350, which includes all meeting costs and meals (lunches and dinners, as mentioned in the timetable). Accommodation will be paid separately by each participant directly at the hotel.

National Federations representatives
In order to reduce the costs for National Federations wishing to send several o their representatives to the FEI Sports Forum the fees for 2024 will be as follows: 

• 1^st and 2^nd delegate: CHF 350 per person;
• 3^rd delegate and thereafter: CHF 200 per person (This reduced fee applies only to NFs Representatives).

Accompanying Persons
Accompanying persons will be asked to pay a contribution of CHF 200 to participate to the dinners on 29 and 30 April.
The congress fee will be debited from your credit card when your registration and booking have been processed by the FEI.

ONLINE REGISTRATIONS
OPENING - 26 FEBRUARY 2024
Please use the online registration system that will enable you to register for the FEI Sports Forum and book your hotel room (if necessary). An invitation email has been sent to all NFs on 26 February with the link to register their delegates.

CLOSING - 5 APRIL 2024
This is the final deadline to register for the FEI Sports Forum. After this date, all registrations will be subject to availability.

HOTEL BOOKING
25 MARCH 2024
After this date hotel booking will be subject to availability.
