VISA REQUIREMENTS
Please make sure to check with your respective Embassy/Consulate the Visa requirements to enter the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Please note that a valid passport with more than six months of validity is needed.

INVITATION LETTER
If you need an invitation letter to obtain a Visa, please note that you will have the possibility to request it on the FEI online registration platform.

TRANSFER BETWEEN AIRPORTS AND THE CONRAD ABU DHABI ETIHAD TOWERS HOTEL
Shuttle will be organised from 9 to 15 November from/to all three following airports:

• Zayed International Airport (Abu Dhabi)
• Dubai International Airport
• Sharjah International Airport

Please provide us with your travel details by 1 November at the latest.
