Congress Fee

NATIONAL FEDERATION (NF) REPRESENTATIVES
In-person attendance

A congress fee of CHF 200 per official delegate*  is due in order to financially support the organisation of the FEI General Assembly. This amount includes the lunches and dinners organised from 11 to 13 November.

• *NFs (Annual Subscription Levels 2 to 7) are allowed to be represented by two (2) official delegates.
• *NFs (Annual Subscription Level 1) are allowed to be represented by three (3) official delegates.
• Each additional delegate (providing additional delegates have been officially approved by the FEI Secretary General) will have to pay the standard congress fee of CHF 200 +  an extra charge of CHF 200 to attend the lunches and dinners (= total of CHF 400)

Online participation

A congress fee of CHF 50 per delegate is due in order to financially support the organisation of the FEI General Assembly.

ANY OTHER PARTICIPANTS

In-person attendance

The congress fee is CHF 200.

The fee includes all meetings, lunches and dinners being organised from 11 to 13 November.

ACCOMPANYING PERSON

Accompanying persons will pay a contribution of CHF 200 to participate to the dinners organised on 11 and 13 November.

CONGREE FEE REFUND POLICY

In case of cancellation of the registration, 100% of the congress fees will be refunded if the cancellation is received before 27 October 2024. After this date, only 50% of the congress fees will be reimbursed. If cancellation is received after 1 November 2024, no reimbursement will be made.
