TOKYO 2020 OLYMPIC & PARALYMPIC GAMES | |
A small team representing the Organising Committee of the Tokyo 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games will be present during the General assembly week. They will have an office which NFs can visit to ask questions and have one-to-one meetings. It will run from 17 November afternoon to 19 November. Furthermore, there will be a meeting for all NFs already qualified and/or likely to be taking part at the Tokyo 2020 Games on Monday 18 November during lunch time (meeting room Voronin + Vasilev). Attendees will have an opportunity to discuss and ask questions relating to the Tokyo 2020 venues, logistics and associate operations. FEI representatives will also be in attendance to discuss and respond to any questions. In addition, the Tokyo 2020 team will give a general update presentation during the Ordinary General Assembly on Tuesday 19 November. |
