Swiss Supreme Federal Court dismisses the appeal by HH Sheikh Hazza Bin Sultan Bin Zayed Al Nahyan (UAE)

Further to an appeal against the decision of the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) to disqualify HH Sheikh Hazza Bin Sultan Bin Zayed Al Nahyan (UAE) and the horse Hachim from the 2005 FEI World Endurance Championship on the basis of a positive test to the prohibited substance Methylprednisolone, the Swiss Supreme Federal Court announced its decision to dismiss the appeal and to award the FEI and other parties a contribution to their legal costs. The pair had won the gold medal at the event held in Dubai (UAE) on 27 January 2005.
