This module allows any equine influenza vaccination details to be recorded on the FEI HorseApp by a veterinarian. For all new vaccinations of all FEI Horses, the vaccine name, batch number and the date of administration must be recorded on the FEI HorseApp in addition to the Horse’s Passport, as per the FEI Veterinary Regulations. Vaccination details must be entered on the same day the vaccine is administered. New vaccination details can be recorded only by a veterinarian.
If the Horse has already been administered a vaccine against equine influenza and the Horse does not have vaccination details already recorded on the FEI HorseApp, the last valid equine influenza vaccination administered to the Horse must be recorded on the FEI HorseApp. A historical vaccination can be recorded on the FEI HorseApp by a veterinary or any person associated with the Horse.
Vaccination recording in the FEI HorseApp does not apply to Australia and New Zealand. However, Horses traveling outside those countries to compete must be vaccinated against equine influenza, and these vaccinations must be recorded in the FEI HorseApp.

Any vaccination details recorded on the FEI HorseApp will go through a verification process to ensure the data is accurate.
When new vaccination details are recorded for a FEI Horse for the first time or historical vaccination details are recorded on the FEI HorseApp, the vaccination details must be validated by the FEI and a FEI Official Veterinarian. FEI Official Vaccinating Veterinarians validate the vaccination details during the Examination on Arrival at an FEI Event.
