What does Play True mean to you?
Integrity in sport is about respect. Respect for the game, respect for your peers, respect for your opponents, respect for your fans and ultimately respect for yourself. It is an attitude and a philosophy of life.
It is the effort you make, the countless hours you spend training, the sweat and the tears you shed, that should make the difference and set the bar at the end of the day, and nothing else. Playing True is what constitutes the foundation of every sport and what unites us around sport, if we break the foundations sport becomes devoid of meaning and purpose.
Play True has to do with choices, and I can only encourage everyone to define for themselves what is right, but to me Play True means you understand what real champions are made of.
