Switzerland, Luxemburg, Sweden, Belgium, Germany, Holland, Austria, Spain and Great Britain all have drivers competing in one of the following categories:

Driving Categories

1 pony – 2 ponies – 4 ponies

1 horse – 2 horses – 4 horses

Unique location

Unique in terms of reputation and now in terms of location, the marathon leg will be held in its entirety in the equestrian stadium of the “Grand Parc”. The obstacles being temporary will see a new course design ensue every year. The grouping of all the different stages in the heart of the one village being very favorable for all involved, namely the competitors and the public.

A new Driving Category

Absent since 1990, the 1 in hand pony category, had been particularly sought after. As of this year, this category has been reintegrated into the event and will also be able to take advantage of the excellent infrastructure in Compiegne, thus providing formidable conditions and terrain for the 1 in hand pony drivers to compete in the best possible conditions.
