German Olympic cases: Motivated decision by the Judicial Committee published

The FEI Judicial Committee has today issued its motivated decisions in the cases relating to the findings of prohibited substances in Goldfever 3 ridden by Ludger Beerbaum (GER) and of Ringwood Cockatoo ridden by Bettina Hoy (GER) at the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens. The preliminary decisions of the FEI Judicial Committee in these cases were published on December 3, 2004 following a hearing held in Zurich SUI on December 2, 2004.

The respective parties in each of these cases may file an appeal against the decision of the Judicial Committee with the Court of Arbitration for Sport within a period of 30 days, in accordance with Article 170 of the General Regulations of the FEI.
