Top Ten Drivers selected for the 2005-2006 FEI World Cup Driving season 

After a tightly fought final outdoor Driving Competition in Donaueschingen (GER), Werner Ulrich (SUI) won the FEI / Finn Caspersen Top Driver Award. Ulrich also wins the final standings of the Qualification for the 2005-2006 FEI World Cup Driving, according to which the Top Ten Drivers are qualified to the Indoor Series.

The following ten drivers were selected to participate and, following a draw, decided to which events they would participate during the first phase of the Series.

Danier Wurgler (SUI) - Stuttgart - Stockholm - Geneva
Thomas Eriksson (SWE) - Hannover - Stockholm - Leipzig
Christoph Sandmann(GER) - Stuttgart - Mechelen - Leipzig
Koos De Ronde(NED) - Hannover - Geneva - Mechelen
Zoltan Lazak(HUN) - Hannover - Stuttgart - Stockholm
Jozsef Bozsik(HUN) - Hannover - Stockholm - Geneva

The FEI World Cup Driving consists of six events and a Final and will start on 20 October 2005 in Hannover (GER).

The Top 5 Drivers of the FEI World Cup standings qualify for the Final, which will take place in Göteborg (SWE) from 13 to 16 April. The selected drivers will start from scratch at the Final.

If no home driver qualifies for the Final, the Organising Committee will be allowed to invite a home driver as Wild Card, who will enter the final with equal rights to all drivers, but will have the disadvantage of starting first the Warm Up competition.
