Important information for all National Federations likely to send riders to the Rolex FEI World Cup™ Jumping and Dressage Finals to Las Vegas (USA).

The shipment of all the European-based horses will be handled by Peden Bloodstock.

The horses will depart from Liège Airport, Belgium to Las Vegas on Saturday, 11 April returning from Las Vegas back to Liège on Monday, 20 April. They will be travelling on a Federal Express chartered aircraft; as Federal Express is not part of the US Visa Waiver program all attendants who may potentially be travelling with the horses on the charter must obtain a B1/B2 (Tourism/Business) visa to the USA. Please note that this applies to all nationalities (except US citizens holding a valid US passport); if any attendant is not in possession of a valid visa they will not be eligible to travel on the horse flight.

ALL attendants flying with the horses to and from Las Vegas on the above flight will also require:
·                 Federal Express forms filled out in full
·                 10-year criminal background check
