How to organise a Course?

Course Application

National Federations must apply to the Veterinary Department for all veterinary courses they wish to host in 2025. The deadline for returning application forms is set to 31 July 2024.

A provisional budget must be submitted with each application. 

The Veterinary Department will review the applications and allocate the courses. 

Course Directors

The Veterinary Department will appoint the course directors to each course. It will take care of their travel arrangements and will pay their presentation fee after the completion of the course. 

Course Registration and Attendance

All courses are open to veterinarians from all countries. Participants must contact their National Federation that will add their name to requested course. Participants will be required to pay a participant's fee, to be set by the NF and Veterinary Department.
