The FEI General Assembly 2017 will take place in Montevideo (URU) from 18 to 21 November 2017.

Online registration will open by end of July 2017.

The FEI General Assembly acts as a platform for discussions and voting on the major decisions of the FEI and the governance of the sport. It is held in a different location every year.

The General Assembly governs the overall direction, development and management of the FEI’s disciplines worldwide. Elections are held at the General Assembly and decisions are taken, by vote, on changes to FEI Statutes, long-term strategies, FEI budgets and important equestrian matters. Each National Federation has the right to cast a vote and in order to do so, needs to complete a Power of Attorney Form (further details will follow).

  • To register to the 2016 FEI General Assembly and receive a Power of Attorney Form: link to the restricted area will be provided in due time
  • National Federations that are unable to attend may be represented by another member Federation and need to contact the FEI to receive a Power of Attorney Form.
