The sixth IJRC Top Ten Final will take place in Geneva (SUI) on Saturday 9 December at 8.30 pm (local time). The FEI Gandini World Jumping Riders Rankings of Monday 27 November 2006 will decide on the participating field. The Top Ten Final is open to the best ten riders on the World Rankings members of the IJRC (International Jumping Riders Club).
The first two Finals were won by Ludger Beerbaum (GER), with Goldfever in 2001 and Gladdys S in 2002. In 2003 and 2005 Rodrigo Pessoa (BRA) and Baloubet du Rouet reigned supreme, whereas in 2004 Meredith Michaels-Beerbaum (GER) and Shutterfly took the honours at the same time as she became the first woman to hit the top spot of the FEI Gandini World Jumping Riders Rankings.
