Development Update

The programme of Olympic Scholarships for athletes “Beijing 2008” has been developed by Olympic Solidarity with the principle objective of assisting athletes nominated by their respective National Olympic Committees (NOCs) in their preparation and qualification for the Games of the XXIX Olympiad, Beijing.

This programme offers comprehensive assistance to individual athletes who are training and attempting to qualify for the Games. Past Olympic scholarship programmes have proven to be a huge benefit to athletes, National Olympic Committees and National Federations alike.

Therefore, the FEI takes the opportunity to inform you of the opportunities that exist through this programme and urge you to submit the highest quality of candidates to your respective NOCs (with a copy to the FEI).
