It was voted at the FEI General Assembly 2011 held in Rio (BRA) to implement the FEI Entry System starting in 2013 which will overtime become compulsory for all FEI Events.
The FEI Entry System is a key process that involves all event stakeholders: National Federations, Organising Committees, Officials as well as the FEI.
This service which is aimed at National Federations and Organising Committees:
Improves the automation and exchange of data between the NFs and the FEI
Provides an IT tool to NFs with no IT system in place
Improves exchange and communication between the OC and the invited Federations
Enables OC’s to manage entries online, as all entries from NF’s are received from a single source
Provides downloadable Master lists with FEI ID’s as well as rider and horse details
Means there is no more need to type in any data with risk of errors
Gives a better quality and traceability of the data and improves results’ quality
