The FEI Entry System for Jumping, Endurance and Dressage is running live and we are pleased to announce that as a natural continuation, the FEI Entry System for Driving events will be launched in March 2015 for all Driving Events.
The FEI Entry System is a key process that involves all event stakeholders: National Federations, Organising Committees, Officials as well as the FEI.

Master lists
Through the FEI Entry System, you have the possibility to download master lists, entries lists and all information about Athletes and Horses entered into events (i.e.: FEI IDs). These lists can be downloaded in PDF, CSV (Excel) or XML format.
National Federations delegation of rights to the Organising Committees
National Federations can choose to delegate their rights to the Organising Committees for the entries of late entries only as well as the substitutions and additions on the ground.

IT PROVIDERS
IT Providers work closely with the Organising Committees. Therefore, the FEI provides technical tools for IT providers to interface with the FEI Entry System for Driving.

Through the FEI Entry System, you have the possibility to download master lists, entries lists and all information about Athletes and Horses entered into events (i.e.: FEI IDs). These lists can be downloaded in PDF, CSV (Excel) or XML format.
Access to the FEI Entry System
In order to get an access to the FEI Entry System, please send your request directly to the OC you are going to work with and provide them with your personal FEI ID if you already have one.
As an FEI Judge or Technical Delegate it is your role to make sure all participants have been duly entered through the FEI Entry System, thus ensuring Athletes and Horses have the required qualification and authorisation to compete and are registered with the FEI. If ever there is a query, the Foreign Judge or President of the Ground Jury has the final decision.

Access to the FEI Entry System
If you are officiating at an event as Judge or Technical Delegate and cannot log in to the FEI Entry System with your FEI ID number and password please contact entries@fei.org and we will assist you.
FEI SportApp
You can also now check entries for your assigned events via the FEI SportApp. You will need to use your same login credentials as for the FEI Entry System.

As an Athlete, you have to make sure that your annual FEI Registration and the one of your Horse(s) is up to date with the relevant discipline prior to being entered on the FEI Entry System for Driving.
FEI registrations can be checked on the FEI Database.
Should you or your horse(s) not be registered, your entry will not be taken into account.
To register with the FEI, please contact your National Federation.
FEI SportApp
You can now track your entries 'live' with our new FEI SportApp, available for both iOS and Android phones.
Here you can see details of your upcoming competitions, the status of your entries and you can even share your entries and results with your groom, friends, relatives and owner of the horse.
