Sport Specific Information
When and where did you begin this sport? She began vaulting in 2003.
Why this sport? "I discovered vaulting by chance. When I was eight years old I saw it in a magazine and was immediately fascinated. I was already doing gymnastics and loved horses too, so vaulting seemed to be the ideal combination of both. I gave it a try and after my first training it was clear, this was a sport I wanted to do."

Name of coach Marlis Schmid [national]; Monika Bieri [national]
Training Regime She trains six days a week for a total of 20 hours, and trains on horses four to five times a week.
