Individual Event Tickets for 2005 FEI Dressage and Jumping World Cup Finals Go On Sale November 1

The FEI Dressage and Jumping World Cup Finals will light up Las Vegas like never before when they come together at the Thomas and Mack Center, from 20 to 24 April 2005.

The Organising Committee just announced that the individual tickets will go on sale 1 November.

Series tickets have been selling at an almost unbelievable rate, already surpassing the total ticket sales from 2003, the last time the FEI Jumping Final, supported by Budweiser, took place in Las Vegas. The start of individual event ticket sales will allow spectators not able to be in Las Vegas for the entire World Cup to still participate in the excitement of the event according to their own schedules.

Individual event tickets will be available for the Jumping World Cup at $200 for VIP seating, $60-85 for Plaza seating, and $30-60 for Balcony seating. For dressage, individual tickets are $150 for VIP, $60-85 for Plaza, and $30-55 for Balcony. Prices vary depending on event date. To order, please call             (866) 388-3267       or visit www.worldcuplasvegas.com.

The 2005 Final in Las Vegas will be the sixth FEI World Cup Jumping Final to be held in the United States, following Finals in Baltimore in 1980, Tampa in 1989, Del Mar, CA in 1992 and the two in Las Vegas in 2000 and 2003.

First held in 1986, the FEI World Cup Dressage Final has been organised in the USA only once, in 1995 in Los Angeles. Germany and The Netherlands have dominated the competition, winning six titles each through 2004. The United States won its first title in 2003 when Debbie McDonald and Brentina, emerged as champions. Brentina is owned by Parry and Peggy Thomas of Las Vegas, for whom the Thomas & Mack Center, the venue for the World Cup Finals, is named.

The return of the Dressage Final to the United States is sure to provide a huge boost to the sport, just as the hosting of the Jumping Final in Las Vegas in 2000 helped increase that disciplines popularity.

Las Vegas Events, Inc. (LVE), the 2005 Las Vegas World Cup Finals producer, previously hosted two FEI World Cup Jumping finals, the highly-acclaimed Budweiser World Cups in 2000 and 2003. LVE is a non-profit company whose mission is to produce and sponsor events that drives tourism to Southern Nevada. LVE is responsible for producing the annual National Finals Rodeo and Americas Party New Years Eve Fireworks Show and sponsoring events such as NASCAR, NHRA, PGA & LPGA golf. Annually, LVE produces or sponsors nearly thirty events for the Southern Nevada area.

A variety of all-session ticket packages are still available. Special pricing is available for those interested in attending both events.
